4. Main pollution prevention and control measures adopted by the project
(1) Atmospheric environmental protection measures
Organic waste gas: The organic waste gas of electrophoresis mainly comes from the volatilization of the electrophoresis tank. The spray waste gas comes from the spraying room and the drying room. The exhaust gas is mainly composed of volatile organic solvents. It is collected through the pipeline with a collection efficiency of 90%. The waste gas is composed of paint mist ( Larger particle size triphenyls) and combustible gaseous organic substances (such as triphenyl series and non-methane presidents, etc.), so the paint mist is removed by the pre-washing tower, and then the activated carbon adsorption process is used for emission ; Dust exhaust gas: The exhaust gas of this project originates from the grinding room and the electrostatic spraying room. The exhaust gas component is mainly dust. It is collected through the pipeline. The collection efficiency is 90%. The exhaust gas component is dust. Therefore, the pulse bag filter is used to remove the dust. Discharge; Acidic waste gas: waste gas comes from aluminum oxidation workshop and phosphating pretreatment workshop. (2) Water environmental protection measures
The drainage system of "rain and sewage diversion" and "clean turbidity diversion" is implemented in the plant area; the canteen wastewater is treated with grease traps and the domestic sewage is treated with septic tanks; each stream of wastewater is discharged into Henglin after being pretreated in the plant. The Zhenbei Sewage Treatment Plant has centralized treatment; the tail water will be discharged into the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal after it reaches the standard.
The production workshop of the project implements the system of “cleaning sewage and separate flow and quality treatment”. The purified tail water is used as clean water. The function of the neutralization tank is to adjust the pH value, so that the acidic and alkaline substances and the wastewater can fully react. The pH adjustment adopts alkali. After the pH adjustment, various metal ions in the water react with the alkaline substances to form Fine particles can be precipitated and removed in the subsequent system; the effluent from the neutralization tank is lifted by a pump into the flocculation dosing reaction tank, and PAC, PAM and wastewater are added to fully flocculate the reaction tank. The supernatant effluent flows into the discharge pool by itself, and the water quality is uniform and discharged up to the standard.
(3) Sound environmental protection measures
The main noise equipment of this project is motors, fans and air compressors; the main noise prevention measures adopted are: purchase low-noise equipment during equipment selection, air compressors are all arranged in the air compressor room, and install and reduce equipment when the equipment is fixed. Vibrate rubber pads, and do a good job in daily production equipment maintenance.
(4) Solid waste prevention and control measures

General industrial solid waste storage yards shall be constructed, stored and comprehensively utilized in accordance with the requirements of the "General Industrial Solid Waste Storage and Disposal Pollution Control Standards" (GB15899-2001); hazardous waste storage yards shall be constructed in accordance with the "Hazardous Waste Storage Pollution Control Standards" (GB18597) -2001) and its amendments require construction, classified storage and centralized disposal.
(5) Groundwater pollution prevention and control measures
In order to prevent soil and groundwater pollution, this project adopts a variety of anti-seepage measures for the construction of the bottom of the sewage treatment facility. This project has anti-seepage measures on the ground involving hazardous chemical warehouses, temporary storage yards of hazardous wastes, and workshops where surface treatment lines are located. And wastewater diversion facilities, the following anti-seepage construction requirements are proposed and designated as key anti-seepage areas, and the rest of the plant area is regarded as general anti-seepage areas.
5. The possible impact of the construction project on the environment
(1) Atmospheric environmental impact
①After the project's emission of air pollutants is reduced, under normal emission conditions, it is predicted that the maximum landing concentration of organized and unorganized emission of air pollutants and the landing concentration in environmentally sensitive areas are less than their corresponding environmental quality hourly concentration 10% of the standard value is less than the requirements of the relevant environmental quality standards, has less impact on the surrounding atmospheric environment and sensitive targets, and will not change the functional level of the regional atmospheric environment.
②According to calculations, there is no need to set an atmospheric environmental protection distance for the unorganized discharge of air pollutants in this project, and set a 100m sanitation protection distance. There are currently no sensitive residential areas within the protection distance, and no new schools, hospitals, residents and other environmentally sensitive spots are allowed in the future.
(2) Water environmental impact
The project’s canteen wastewater is treated with grease traps, and domestic sewage is treated with septic tanks; each stream of wastewater is pretreated in the plant and discharged into the Henglin Town North Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment. Due to the small amount of water, it will not treat the sewage. The impact of the treatment plant will not affect the standard treatment of the sewage treatment plant. Sewage is discharged after treatment up to the standard, which has little impact on the receiving water body of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, and the water quality function can maintain the status quo.
(3) Acoustic environmental impact
After effective sound insulation, vibration reduction, and noise reduction measures are taken for the production noise of the project, the contribution value of daytime noise at the boundary of the workshop and the plant boundary meets the Class 3 standard in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Plant Boundary" (GB12348-2008) The daytime limit requirements, the noise at the workshop boundary and the factory boundary can reach the standard emission; after superposing the environmental background value, the daytime noise impact value at the workshop boundary and the factory boundary meets the "Acoustic Environmental Quality Standard" (GB3096-2008) Category 3 standards require less impact on the surrounding acoustic environment and will not change the functional level of the regional acoustic environment.
(4) Solid waste impact
After the project has done a good job in the classified collection, storage, and entrusted disposal of hazardous wastes and related pollution prevention, as well as the comprehensive utilization of general industrial solid wastes, all types of solid wastes are reasonably disposed of, with a disposal rate of 100%, and they are not directly discharged to the environment. Causes secondary pollution and has no direct impact on the surrounding environment.
(5) Influence of soil and groundwater
The project has made corresponding preventive measures for various pollution sources that may pollute the soil and groundwater, which can effectively reduce the degree of soil and groundwater pollution during the project operation period. After implementing measures such as anti-corrosion, anti-seepage, and anti-leakage, it will not have a significant impact on the regional soil and groundwater, and will not change the current functions of the regional soil and groundwater.
